Im not sure the name of the driver, it was some older creepy guy but he constantly comes up to my workplace, making everyone uncomfortable because he just hangs around and watches. Not to mention the other day he was very rudely banging on the restroom door while iwas using it. Over all i cant help but think that this should be unacceptable as a driver. Personally u would never catch me riding in the same vehicle as him

Absolute incompetence with bus dispatch and communication. I have waited, on several occasions, to be picked up and it turns out they didn't update my info and failed to call me or be in the correct location. Someone isn't doing their job correctly
