Lack of transparency and unhelpful after sales services for additional Import taxes and duties. For shipping a hat from the UK to mainland Europe, GB Outfitters asks for 20 : quite a sum, for something as light, no matter the volumetric calculus. But worse than that, I receive a message from the National post office asking me to PAY IMPORT TAXES, nowhere mentionned on the billing page, and which I thought were covered by the 20. The Aftersales services replies that it is my responsibility to pay them in addition to the already-paid shipping fees, and that if I don't and the parcel is returned, SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Finally, the even managed to WRITE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WRONG, that way, even if I do pay over 30 for shipping for a wool hat, import taxes included, I am not certain to get said hat, sent to a city which does not exist. A company to stay away from. They surely will never see me again. *Update : I was trefunded 1 after being explained that a technical error or oversight had been made.

We are in the middle of a pandemic. All businesses and companies are severely affected. Bearing this in mind, with all the difficulties you are undoubtably facing, I cannot praise your company enough for the courteous and swift way in which you dealt with my order and a subsequent refund. Thank you. I would not hesitate to shop again with you again sometime in the future.
I ordered on the 20th Sept, at present on the 17th October I have no goods and no refund. After waiting 3 weeks for my items to arrive (with zero communication from the company) I emailed asking to be cancelled and refunded, they then told me the goods are out of stock so that's why they hadn't arrived (this was not mentioned on the website) I am still waiting on my refund and have not had any response to numerous emails and calls. I really wish I did not order from here, all it has caused is stress and frustration. Terrible company who I sincerely do not recommend. Hopefully I will one day get my money back!
