Hand a loss of power with my unit! It was obvious my turbo had issues. Nathan and the mechanics across the street fixed other small issues except for the one I brought the truck in for! I paid 4500 to get a truck back with worst power then when I brought it in! They had truck for over 2 weeks

Called and talked to Nathan, had codes from DEF system failure, said come on in tonight, ordered part that was not in stock, next morning the guys got me in right away, replaced the parts under warranty, took care of a campaign,by noon I was on my way with time critical load! Thanks Southwest, great job and good employees!
