Hello Greg, We are so sorry you had that experience here at Ruby Falls. We were still running tours at the time of your visit, but they had all, unfortunately, sold out. Tours sell out extremely quickly on holiday weekends. Again, we are so sorry about this and we hope that you will come back and visit us again. Did the normal tour and it was ok. Lots of stopping along the way which got a little annoying and you only got to see the water fall for a couple minutes. I don't think that the tour was worth the cost. Otherwise everything was great. The tower had a wonderful view, the guide was friendly, and everything was well put together.
