Hi Alexis, I apologize our pricing on 1 or 2 copies is not to your liking. We usually don't take copy jobs because we are not setup as a copy center such as FedEx, Office Depot, UPS. Most clients like yourself are walk-ins from the DMV because you need something printed to take back, and we are the closest stop. For this reason, we try to help out instead of making you walk all the way to Office Depot, but we have minimums on our pricing. It's unfortunate that your 1 star review is based on pricing of 2 copies and that our service and the convenience for you to not have to walk another 3-4 blocks wasn't enough. I would appreciate your feedback on whether we should have declined your job and referred you to Office depot or if you have any other suggestions on how to handle this situation next time?

I went there to print 2 documents and they charged me $1.5 per sheet in black and white by cash because "it's not an office depot"

Last year I sought out various print companies to create a custom business card. Because of my special needs, most print shops inflated their quotes with lengthy turn around times.
