Service was not great nor bad. It was an emotional time for me and I felt like I was treated as "business as usual". Every interaction I had with staff was rushed and lacked compassion.
I just received a phone call 3 weeks after we lost our beloved family dog only to find out this location failed to place the remains in the urn when we were supposed to pick him up. This caused irreversible emotional issues for my wife and kids and I will hold this location accountable for the mixup.
We recently had to make the agonizing decision to put our 12 year old boy, Bennie, down. We euthanized him at home utilizing the services of Home to Heaven (they were great). We then brought our boy to Precious Memories Pet Cemetery and Crematory and the staff allowed us to witness the entire cremation to ensure our Bennie received the best possible care. Words could not express how grateful my husband and I were to have chosen Precious Memories in Fort Collins. The ladies were professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and exceptional. Although our hearts were broken because of our loss, these ladies provided comfort and peace. I am so sorry I do not remember the three ladies names but I won't forget their faces or their hugs at a time when we really needed that. The cemetery on these grounds are also exceptional as the grave sites overlook the mountains. Five stars just isn't enough to rate this business. Truly exceptional and they went the extra mile. Thank you!
I am so disappointed with the box my dogs ashes came back to me in. It is so ugly and makes me sad to see my big tough boy have his ashes inside it. It looks like someone bought it at the dollar store. I had to buy a box on amazon just out of respect for my boy! Very disappointing
