The customer ordered through Amazon & we shipped the size he ordered but he claims they are at least one size too small. Our shirt sizing is very exact and we rarely receive complaints because our shirts are too small so we are confident in the sizing. The customer wants a larger size which is fine, all we asked of him was to go to his Amazon account and do a return request. His review seems very unwarranted.

Bought 4 shirts, and planned on making more purchases, (supposed to be the same size) all 4 were to small and actually different sizes when laid on top of each other. Customer service would not replace them. Instead they claimed they did not have larger shirts and yet they showed them on the website. Very very horrible experience dealing with this company.

Such a disappointing experience and I just wish you would honor what the return section on your website says. The item is not a true 34 and does not fit. All my other pants and shorts are 34 and they fit perfectly. You expect us to return and pay for shipping. As a retailer ourselves we find this practice very disappointing and hope you will do the right thing. Thank you

Placed my first order and got it delivered but they forgot an entire item. I've been trying to contact them all day but can only reach an answering service that can't help and can only take a message. Can't recommend this product at this time.
