Unfortunately when a client files their trademark without counsel it can sometimes be difficult to later overcome the issues that arise. They solicited us for a USPTO office action response. Beth Felix made an initial assessment that she later retracted. According to herself she made a mistake and had ignored a key fact. After correction, we hired them based on her quote one week prior to the deadline and paid the same day. She missed the deadline. Since she was not responsive we went on USPTO to check only to notice that the deadline was missed. After several emails she finally replied, apologized and offered to do the next action response at no charge. Each email to her had to be sent 3 times before hoping to get a response. At the end the office denied her action and one month later as we speak we still don't know why. Of course she never replies to our multiple emails. Don't let your IP assets be handled by this law firm. We don't recommend this law firm.

I attempted to file a patent myself, got partway and needed help to finish it right, as Patents as very detailed and need to be done a certain way. I searched and was connected to Richard at The Leavitt Eldredge Law firm. Richard and his team are fast, reliable, professional and honest.
