Horrible service! Absolutely rude workers at the front desk. Each woman had nasty, rude things to say about each customer coming in. I ordered glass 3 weeks ago and they still have no idea when they will be done. They do not call customers to give updates and delays they knew well in advance would be happening. Everytime I called to find out when my glasses would be in the same answer was always "just a few more days". If I could give them anything below a 1 star I would.

This honestly really does suck to make this review because the doctor was pretty good he was very kind and professional and I actually had a really good conversation with them but the front desk customer service is absolutely freaking horrible they are so rude he needs to clean house because this is affecting his business I feel the lady that took my call was very rude to me on my phone to where my coworkers overheard it and said what the hell are you doing even going to a place for people talking to you like that I swear I will drive 50 miles out of my way to never have to come to this place again and it sucks because hes a good doctor he just needs to find better employees
