Nicki is the sole person in our lobby most of the time and has never failed to provide the upmost respect to anyone entering our building as she has for several years. Multi-tasking is part of her job. I do know that she was on the phone with another customer when you first came into our shop and we apologize again that you had to wait. You instead left but we are grateful and we thank you for returning. We were very happy to eventually be able help you with your business cards as we have done multiple for your company in the past and have done some for them since your visit. We know you were upset with your layout fee which is our policy with multiple revisions such as yours and it's everyone's job to enforce the policy. In the end you were delivered your final and correct product after a reprint was done with no charges regardless of proofing. With that being said, I was unaware there was something else that you needed or that you were still unhappy. I would have personally taken care of any additional needs had you addressed them. We strive to make all of our customers happy, and again, we apologize that you feel this way. In the future if you change your mind about Demented Graphics, please do not hesitate to contact us for a fresh start.

I will go out of my way to give positive recommendations, particularly for locally owned small businesses. However, there are occasions in life when giving the benefit of the doubt leaves you feeling like a fool. My unpleasant experience was 6 months ago, if that's any indicator of my level of dissatisfaction. I would happy to pay triple to avoid doing business with this company again in spite of the fact that many friends and several friends' charities have used them extensively in the past. Hard to believe all the 5-star reviews could be legit (trust me, Nikki, who runs the front office, must have been out sick!!). I contacted Todd, the Owner, who sounds like a nice guy on the phone (had been by the office to see him in person several times but he wasn't in) but he was unapologetic about Nikki's unacceptable behavior and just plain unresponsive on a simple customer service level after that. Ps. my company had chosen them before my arrival so I was instructed to go there; I promise--NEVER AGAIN.

Does not support the "shop small" community. So rude, I will never go back! I Am starting a business where I have been doing great, and these people were so rude and wanted to rip me off. Do not ever go to them
Our company relies heavily on our relationships with our outside partners such as Demented Graphics. We have done business with them for the last 4 years with excellent results on many projects given to them. Todd and Shawn are easy to work with, creative and willing to work to get it right at all times no matter the ease or complexity of the project. They will continue to be and are our "go to" for graphics in many formats.
Demented Graphics allways delivers! Wide range of product choices, great graphis team! Never disappoints. They keep us stocked with personalized merchandise from sun/boat shirts , koozies, hats, stickers and boat decal. Can't go wrong using Demented!
Went to them for a logo design, I could have done better with a google search. And they charged me $100 for nothing. Takes a lot for me to write a bad review of a small local business but they earned the one star
