This JBN has harrassed and made so many complications for me, even though i have not been signed up with them since 2020- feb 2021. all of a sudden a year later they book me an appointment on the one year anniversary of my partner passing they cancel my payment

Today a young lady called Jemma helped me out to start work today although she was very busy interviewing her clients among other duties she addressed all my issues that I was finding difficult to even start my job today. I recently obtained work, the guys at Springfield have been great with the support they have offered. They sent me shopping to get work clothes and when I mentioned I was having car trouble, they booked my car in for a service. They have made the transition back into the workforce a lot easier.

Why do they about 45minutes -1.00hour to answer a call? This happens every time. Also My last appointment, even though I attended the appointment, it was marked as non attended. Pretty pathetic service.
