Hi Danny, sorry to hear you were not happy, but glad you managed to get serviced in the end. If you can give us more details we can look into the reasons why you were left waiting - send the details back to branch via the branch manager Lee. For now I can only apologise as we adapt to the new measures, procedures and reduced staff in operation.
