BUYER BEWARE!!!! In October 2019, I bought a 2010 Nissan Murano from Tim at Performance Auto. Tim was the consummate salesman and made me real very comfortable about my purchase. I was 6 months pregnant with 2 other children and he told me this was the perfect family car. I drove the car off the lot in late October and by mid November it broke down. I found out the transfer case was broken in half and the car would not move. I told Tim about it and he said he would fix it, but only with used parts with no warranty.The bill to properly repair it using new parts with a warranty was $3,800. Tim gave us a whopping $1,000 towards the repair. Once my mechanic started the repairs, he discovered another issue with the 4 wheel drive which caused the original problem, which would cost another $1,000 to repair. Now, my $9,000 purchase will cost me nearly $5 000 to repair. Other than the original $1,000 from Tim, he has bee totally unresponsive. Now, I am forced to spend money I had put away for my baby to pay for these repairs. This has been a horrible experience. Never again.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT. this guy will only help you with the lemon he just sold you if you remove the bad review you wrote. And then will still make you pay for the repairs that should have been done before he sold it to you. THOUSANDS of dollars later i finally have an OK running car (pretty sure the transmission is going out) that is worth absolutely NOTHING, insurance will not accept claims because it is already considered a total loss BEFORE i bought it, and i have a loan on it for 7 grand.. DO NOT buy a car here. hate myself for trusting these guys.
