We had ordered some promotional t-shirts for a youth wrestling team. The response was enormous and I had to go back to Signature Concepts to get a second batch made on only five days notice. David was able to problem-solve, hunt down an alternate color that was available and get them produced in time for us. We've used them for two years and are very happy.

Even after they originally couldn't give us the size we ordered and then followed that by shipping it to the wrong address so we never received it, no one from this company ever apologized for either of their mistakes. The item we ordered was for a state tournament so they won't make another one, even though they could, so we'll never get that keepsake item. Mistakes do happen but customer service is supposed to still exist.
