I am very sorry for what happened to you.. you drove the vehicle before buying it, they are used cars and they have details, you could take it to your mechanic to check it before buying because all the cars that are sold for cash are sold "AS IS" they are and without warranties. .. the seller was very clear before buying it ....

Bad auto place, my husband and I just bout our truck cash about a week and the transmission is failing, it stopped in the middle of the road. They just want money and if lying is needed then they will do it, and will hide what really is going on with the vehicle. The man who sold us the truck. short man with black hair, Hispanic, said everything was fine. But nope. Dont go with him. He lies just to her his part of the money. They dont really care about the customers and how hard it takes us to earn the money enough to purchase a vehicle.

Most horrible experience ever! From the sales associate to the body repair guys all the way to management! Tony I would have to say the worst sales car representative. Tony was unsure of the pricing and deposit for the car. I spoke with tony and told him what day I would be coming he even followed up and asked me to inform him I was in the way. I did so. When I got there the vehicle was not even at the location it was at a body getting repaired! He had to go pick it up and test drove the car. Let Tony know the tires were low. He told me to come back on Saturday to get the dent fixed which what was supposedly being done the day I bought the vehicle. I was all set to sign my paper work. However it was all In Spanish . I asked several times for English copies for them not to have any. Had to have translator assistance. Now its time to leave and Tony has lost the my key!!!! I waited a total of 6 hours for a buy her pay here place to leave off the lot. He never found the key and I was given the only spare. Then next day Sunday! My check engine light as well with the tire pressure light came on! I also got pulled over for a headlight that was out! I called Monday they said oh we will fix this for you take it to auto zone and get the codes checked out. I did as told called back for Ana to tell me this will it be covered under my warranty! She then proceeds to tell me come they will call me for a time I can come in to fix the rest of the minor issues I was having. Here it is almost 3 weeks later and still no call! I called Ana and she said let me check into this and hung up in my face! I called her back 3 times no answer. I finally got a call back! She never even apologized for hanging up instead insisted I was placed on hold. I am using a cell phone so if I was placed on hold it would have never disconnected the call. This is the worst experience ever! I would not recommend this place to anyone EVER! This is a scam company.

*** 8/13/19 UPDATE *** I like to hear that you are working to improve your customer service department, and would entertain another purchase with you. That being said, I've not heard back from you directly....only via this review. You have my contact information if you would like to present me with some options, and to pursue another sale. ----- Very poor communication, and lack of willingness to work with me on getting a newer vehicle. Paid on time for over two years, and they could care less!! I'll take my business elsewhere to the MANY other lots closer to my location.
