Worst customer service ever. I bought a hat that they had to order and I had them customize it with an image. When I went in to pick it up it was not even close to being the right type of hat. I spoke with the employee that helped me and she even told me, "yeah when it got here I was totally surprised, it was not what I was expecting ". In this case shouldn't the employee have called me to say something about the order? They went ahead and customized it (with a wrong color) and didn't say anything to me. When I told her that material would not work for me and I just wanted what I had originally described, she gave me the option of ordering a different style/material but then said it would cost more. She not once apologized or took responsibility for the mistake. I also had to have her ship it to my out of state address because I was only here visiting and to correct the mistake and get the right hat in would take longer than I was in town for. So she then also charged me for shipping. What ever happened to taking pride in what you do and providing the best quality product to your customer? This place has absolutely no customer courtesy or business sense. If this is how they treat all their customers, I can't see them being in business for long. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
I work for an international energy company, with 150,000 employees spread out across ~25 countries. We frequently have incentive and rewards programs taking place that require swag be customized with our company logo and the particular program logo. Because we are such a large brand, we have very specific criteria for our logo, including the exact colors and sizes that it must adhere to. Country Cottons has never disappointed. I've had them embroider hats, coats, backpacks and shirts, some with simple logos and some with complex logos and they have always done exceptional work. They have come to be our embroiderer of choice for their quick turnaround, reasonable costs and helpful attitudes. Highly recommend!
