Horrible customer service and return. Bought 2 pairs of pants for a Total of wasted 54 dollars. Went in with the receipt tags and pants 3 days after purchase. Refused to exchange them as the store policy says they will within 7 days with receipt. Said one pair had been worn. Well none were worn they was put on was way too big and taken off. How else would you know they didn't for if you didn't put them on... Spent my first and last in this place. There is plenty other shops out there to get better customer service.
I was looking for a chefs scull cap, checked several stores and they were either out of them or didnt sell them at all. I called this store and they had them in stock. I even received a 10% discount which prompted me to buy two. I was very pleased.
Unfortunately I have no record of you shopping in my store or any interactions with myself or my employees. However we hold our customer service standards to the highest level possible in order to please our customers and patrons. Have a great day!

No customer service, high prices, no refunds, $3 charge for phone orders, 7-day window for exchanges for in store credit, rude workers. I know this is the only scrub store in this part of town. But trust me driving a little farther is worth it.
