The stores customer service is absolutely horrible. I bought a mower from them and only had it for a short amount of time and they wont fix it or refund my money. Do not go to John Deere Everglades to buy and mowers or equipment.

I'm not sure if this is the location that serviced my order, but I just had sod delivered and Humberto was very nice, asking where I wanted the pallets placed and making sure there was enough space to move our cars around the pallets. He looks to be a very skilled forklift operator

Brought a tire in for replacement. The shop upon installing new tire on rim bent rim and no longer holds air. Service guy who checked me out noted that they damaged it and it it still holds air so it should be fine and then recommended that I take pliers to attempt to bend the rim their own shop bent. So by them bending rim and now doesnt hold air I will have to replace the rim as well to no ones fault except this service team.
