What a joke! This is only to "fish" prospect clients. It is very sad that all of you are preying on people with low income and in great need of help. I was expecting some legal advice on the so call "Clinic" but all what i did was wait in line for two hours...filled up my life information....talk to someone who refused to give any legal advice...scan my papers and sent home. Never called me for advice or to tell me where to find the much needed legal advice...however i received a letter saying so sorry but we can not help you...no money no help pretty much!!!

Ellisia, if you received a letter denial from us, there should be an enclosure called a Notice of Rights. There youll find the instructions on how to appeal a denial of services.

They were excellent in 2017, now theyre terrible and dead-beat. I tried calling and emailing Newton Tamayo several times, and he NEVER responded, and then he closed my case. Im very upset . I tried at least 5 times reaching out to these people for my eviction case, finally got through, and then they ejected me for the umpteenth time. Its like they dont want to help me. Lone Star Legal came from being awesome to a complete incompetence

The customer service I received was on point . Maybe I just got lucky ;considering all the bad reviews I see or maybe those employees are already gone. Anyways....they served me fast and well. Kelp their word & great communications skills. Good Job legal aid ; keep it up.

Well I thought I was going to give them a call but reading reviews may be misleading. Nut the answers were generic. The same response to many of the reviews. They need a name change?
