VERY slow process even when designs were given to them. Production took longer than we were told and the fundraising check for the school basketball team still hasnt been issued. HORRIBLE communication on their part. This process was started mid September and its now the end of November. Halfway through our basketball season. The money was to go towards uniforms so we were trying to get everything completed by the start of the season. Will NEVER use them again and will let anyone in the market for fundraising shirts know to look elsewhere.

It has been 2 weeks now since I ordered the patches and it doesn't look like they've went into production yet. Every time I check on their website it's still shows them as being approved but not gone into production. I went in and talked to one of the workers and she said she would email me an update that day and I never received anything. By the end of the week if I have not received any information on the patches I will have to cancel my order and I will give them a no star review. When I ordered the patches I told them that I would need them by the 22nd I was told that was no problem I ordered them on the 23rd of April and need them on the 22nd of May. This company was referred to me by another company who has worked with them often and I'm sorry to say I will have to tell the other company that the service I received was unacceptable.
