Went there to look for skis and didn't feel like we got the best help and not all the questions I had were answered. They didn't have the size for my kids and they were not able to order them. I ended up going to The Cities and buying equipment for our entire family there. I wanted to support a local shop, but customer service is still needed.

Tried out for the first time two weeks ago. It seemed like they had quality selection and it's nice to support a small business. We understood we would spend more this way. We purchased a few things including snow pants for our daughter that were supposedly durable. Within two weeks the legs were worn out at the bottom. I tried to take them back to see what can be done. I was met with an employee who didn't offer much for a solution, and when pressed on the one solution he offered he backed off on being able to do that. They did not earn any repeat business from that experience.
