If Tees Could Talk values our customers and makes every effort to accommodate them when possible. However in this particular case we were unable to do so because the uniforms are custom ordered. Each student comes in to be fitted for their uniform. At which time it is explained to them that the uniforms are custom ordered and there are no returns or refunds. We do not stock these items due to the amount of space and expense which would be required to fully stock all sizes and items that make up the uniform. Also from time to time items in the uniform change so if we stocked the uniform we may have a large investment in merchandise that we could not use for the next class. For this reason in this particular case we would have to ship the items back to the vendor. The size of this particular item was not a common size. The vendor charges us a shipping and restocking fee. The $25 included restocking and shipping for 2 pair of pants. If this had have been an error on our part we would have absorbed the cost of restocking and shipping. In this situation we fulfilled our obligation to the customer. We do not understand how If Tees Could Talk can be expected to absorb the expense of someone changing their mind. We offered to give a refund for 2 pair of pants minus the shipping and restocking fee even though it is fully explained to the customer that there are no returns or refunds on custom ordered uniforms. We are very sorry the customer is disappointed as we want to make each customers experience very pleasant, satisfying and personal.

Very disappointed. My wife needed some pants for a class. The men's cut was not very good so we ended up ordering female cut online. When we went to return the pants, we were told that there was a $25 restock and shipping fee. The pants were $35. Even though they were still in the packaging and with all the tags. What a great profit margin for them! I suspect the pants would have been placed on a shelf until their next order. It's unfortunate because my agency has ordered shirts from them in the past and they had always been real customer friendly. I guess things may have changed.
I went in If Tees Could Talk today after work and I had a warm welcome from Elizabeth and Jennifer, I want them to know they produced excellent customer service and I really look forward to doing long time business with them. Jennifer broke down prices and different options in a way I could understand and Elizabeth was already on the ball working on information about my images for my design... I wish there were more stars to hit that's how awesome they were today
I have had 2 orders, one of them I needed rushed and Jennifer did a great job!! Very please with both shirts I have ordered! Awesome customer service and great people!
