After waiting 2 1/2 weeks to recieve 2 hats, come to find out they can't do them!! No phone calls of updates. Stopped in there and they say will be done in the next two days, stop back in and get the run around followed by a text message that they will refund my money. Worst service ever!!!

This is the most unprofessional brick and mortar store I have ever experienced. P5 Production is one of two suppliers for our children's school uniform logo embroidery. What an utter disappointment. First, they have a prorated pricing policy where you pay less for more items brought in. Erm, volume discounts for school uniforms? Are you kidding me? The only way anyone can really benefit from their so-called volume discount is if the entire school pooled their clothing together and dropped it off together at the start of the year. Really practical. How great that one family may have a stack of uniforms at the start of the year, and then a few throughout the year to account for stains, tears, etc., and can expect to pay a different price each time! Superb pricing strategy. To add salt to injury, the quality of their embroidery is poor. P5 choose to use the minimal amount of thread necessary to embroider the logo, so we struggle to read the name of the school our children actually attend. However, the most remarkable thing about this company is their professionalism. When we challenged their pricing and quality, their immediate response was to tell us that we could pick up our items and take them elsewhere, and then they hung up on us. When we called back, they did not pick up the phone. Really? Hanging up on your customers? Wow. Simply wow. This is a small community, P5. People talk. Friends are loyal. One small incident can have much larger ramifications. Not really the image one would desire to keep, especially being a new business, don't you think? We are big fans of supporting local businesses (which is why we went to you to begin with), but certainly not at the expense of being ripped off and treated badly. Way to go, P5. You're really on the road to success. Oh, and P.S. - Our other supplier has a flat and cheaper rate, no matter the quantity of items being embroidered - and they are far more polite, professional and maintain a higher quality. We will make sure to get a bulletin out to all the parents at the school to recommend using them instead of the rude people at P5.
