I didn't even want to give 1 star. I work in a care home and I went to but something for my care home I was in uniform and I did tell the staff I work for a care home but still they said I was only allowed 3 packets of wipes and I was told that's tough only 3 per customer I do understand people trying to bulk buy but I was in uniform so I had to leave the store and call the manager called Jill who was brilliant and told me to go back to the store but I bet the staff ain't regulated on how much they are allowed so this just proves that tesco don't care about the elderly or the community when it comes to helping vulnerable people I really find this sort of treatment utterly disgusting and unacceptable for tesco to do this I have seen hamsters with more brains than the staff at tesco in musselburgh and I was also told by the staff they don't get covid tested
Thier ridiculous order process. It was my niece birthday and I ordered a T-shirt and some comic books 5 days before the birthday. It took me ages to get my order. I won't try them out again
