Hi Nate, first of all, thank you for providing feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve and this initial experience is one area for that. You are absolutely right that we made a mistake with the zoom link. It was an old link and I didnt realize it was a part of the invite until it was too late. This was left over from when we were closed recently and we couldnt do in-person meetings and you were the first one that it affected unfortunately. It was not intentional and we are sorry about the inconvenience that it caused you. At our gym we teach more than just workouts. We teach respect & humility, that it's ok to make mistakes, to never whine nor complain, and that all we ask is that you have a good attitude and make a solid effort to improve. In that regard, we will use this feedback to make our best effort to improve our future experience for others. If there are any prospects reading this review and interested in context, I would like to share our email exchange after you had attempted to join the zoom link for some additional perspective: Nate: Im trying to get on the Zoom meeting but its asking for a meeting password. Nate CRFIT: Hi Nate, my apologies, did you get an invite with a zoom invite? We usually do our sessions in person? Are you able to make it into the gym in the next hour? If not, I can give you a direct call. Nate: Your system set up a zoom meeting. You guys were the ones that set it up. So fix it CRFIT: Yep - it must be an error on our end for sure. Can you do a phone call? Nate: I guess CRFIT: I just tried and got voicemail. You can call me back at 617-XXX-XXXX. Nate: Did you guys just call from an out of state area code? I tried calling but I get nothing. You get one shot to make a good first impression. And this one is awful. Ill leave a review on this experience on Facebook and Google. Tried to sign up for their program but the system messed up the meeting. They provided poor customer service and required me to do the leg work on trying to connect with them about the introduction of their program. Their appointment setter was a disaster, putting me on a zoom call that was never supposed to happen. They had me call an out of state number for a Colorado business. It totally turned me off. If their program is as good as this part of the process, Im sure it will be a disaster also. One of the representatives, Andy, tried to apologize but fell short when he told me that my emails stated the introductory meeting was in person. I will post on Facebook the screenshots of every email and text message saying it was a Zoom meeting with its meeting ID. Piss poor customer service and a master of excuses. They dont need my money or yours. Be wise and avoid them.

Love it! Never worked out so intensely. There is no word to describe the wonderful people who not only run this box, but the community of people who show up each and every day to push and support each other.

Jeremy, I see you were a member at The Gym over a year ago. I am sorry you did not have a good experience. We have added a lot of programs & benefits to our membership, I encourage you to try us out FREE for a week and give it another try!
