This is not a good place to work! Unskilled labor , most cannot communicate in English , leaving those who can to do most if not all the work, they have constant rework issues, they outsource there finishing work because they have no skilled workers, all of the managers or supervisors should be fired or demoted.The pay is ok but not worth all the hassles dealing with idiots, all the meetings that management has you'd think they'd figure it out , but not a chance. What good is an employee manual if your employees cannot read it.
