First let me start by saying Jim whom is the only one who apparently answers the phone or doesn't answer the phone in my case. He has a really hard time calling people back. That should have been the first red flag. I ordered 3 shirts to have my logo placed on them. i paid up front and Jim said he would embroider the logo on paper and let me see what it looks like. Well after several weeks of asking and calling Jim never provided what he said he was going to do. He did email me basically what I email him of my logo. Doesn't really show you what it is going to look like except it was my logo (which I emailed him). Then weeks past then a month and nothing from Jim. I left numerous messages and again no return call. I remind you it was 3 simple shirts that I only wanted a logo on. Well finally after about a month and a half and no return call from Jim, I went to the store and there was Jim. I told him who I was and that he had never returned a phone call. He spouted off that he talked to me yesterday but I quickly let him know that was not true. Then he said my shirts where on back order which I find hard to believe but even if they were maybe he should pick up a phone and call me. I have been waiting for these shirts for me business. I did get my monies back but that is the only thing this company did that was right. I will never use or recommend this company. If they can't do the simplest thing by picking up the phone how could your trust they will get your order right. In my case I will never know.

I am business owner and needed three different styles of t-shirts (Dress Cotton, Sports Jersey and Basic Cotton) embroidered for my uniform. Jim is the owner of All-Star Embroidery and I found him to be professional and kind. His work was exceptional and timely. I've been coming here since 2003 and they are the only shop in the area that does my model railroad's logo and just recently I wanted some new shirts done with my logo and his computer lost it and I gave him one of the jackets he made for me and waived the setup fee. Excellent place to deal with and they have a customer for life.
