I didnt know they were closed. I tried to bring in my ASUS laptop - as this is one of the only repair locations. And this place was closed. How am I supposed to know they were closed?

Bought an Samsung 850 pro from these guys through amazon, didn't need the item no more, and I returned it, then they decided to take away 100 dollars from me, so matter if I want the item or no, they still gonna make profit off their customers no matter what, what a rip off. Don't buy from these guys!! and don't say you don't have my name in your data base, I didn't use this name to purchase from you guys

My experience with DataVision was 5-star plus. The day before a planned day trip to the city my cat knocked over my Asus Zenbook and broke the hinge. When I brought my laptop in, I explained my travel constraints to Uddin who went above and beyond in repairing my laptop that day (fortunately they had the part that broke in stock). Uddin found another problem which he was able to repair as well. He had already left for the day when I returned so I didn't get to thank him in person, so a huge THANK YOU for your fast and excellent service! Based on my experience I would highly recommend DataVision for laptop repairs.
