Only 4 elevators for 400 units of which 1 is a service elevator and another one is almost always broken. That leaves only 2 elevators in constant service. This has been happening for the past 4 years I have lived there. Marihuana smell coming through my babys bathroom vent and going to his room twice or 3x a week and management does not do anything. Pool sometimes out of service, constant noise doing to ongoing construction. Building could have better management.

Still under lockdown, deliveries are not allowed up to the apartments, and masks are still required. The elevators are mostly broken and link to two different buttons for each side of the elevator bank, leading to countless empty stops on each and every elevator ride. If you enjoy being harassed also by valet staff this is the building for you!

They are closing the pool at 7 PM! Every night they close it earlier and earlier. They close the gym at 730!! Dont move here!!
