Brandon the owner was a completely rude and unprofessional punk. Unless you want to deal with a cartoon character with a personality disorder, dont go here. I cant speak for the actual performance and products because he hung up on me and I never placed an order. If this guy is gone now and it is under new management/ownership, perhaps service has improved.

I had done business with this location for several years with my small business. My experience was always very good. However, the location is under new ownership as of about a year ago and the new owner is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I had simply called to order more business cards. Upon receipt of the proof emailed to me, I found it was an older card with incorrect info. I replied that it was incorrect and to try and find a more recent design. The next proof was correct. I replied to go ahead and please ship them to us as usuall. That afternoon I was emailed an invoice, which showed an incorrect address. I replied that address needed to be updated. The next morning Brandon, the new owner, left me an aggressive viocemail message saying "I'm not as incompitant as you think I am and if you don't pay your invoice I will send it to collections!" I was super caught of guard and assumed it had to be a joke. I called him immediately and asked what that was about. He replied that he didn't want my business as it wasn't worth his time and he really doesn't make much money off of business cards" As a business owner myself, I told him that the way he was handling this was quite poor, at which time he said that he was firing me as a customer. He also pointed out that they owned the artwork for my business cards and that he will not let me have the art work. This was the worst experience I've ever had working with another company. Definitely stay away from this place!
We have been using Embroidme for our martial arts uniforms for over 10 years and they produce high quality products at a great cost and time frame. I would recommend them to everyone!

This response may be six months too late, but the store is under new ownership as of just three days ago, and we have a strict expectation that we treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves. If we ever get a chance to redeem ourselves with you, we would appreciate it. Please ask for the owner, and i will personally follow through with your order. __________________________________________ Emily, we are sorry to here about your unpleasant experience. We attempted to contact you several times after you emailed us, asking for half down deposit. This would be used to cover our costs for getting the logo converted to Embroidery. After no response for 2 weeks you came in the store demanding we stop our production to attend to your order which, at this point canceled due to no response.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Spoke to someone who was very nice on the phone about getting a couple scrubs embroidered. I sent them my logo as requested and asked them to contact me with any more info they needed. I told them the scrubs would be in a few days and I would drop them off. I come to drop them off and find they CANCELED my order without contacting me and then complained that my order wasnt large enough for them. Apparently they want orders over $16,000... not just $50.00. Little did they know that this was a test run to see how these scrubs turned out. If they were good, an entire dental office of over 20 people would be placing an order. Would NOT recommend this location. They also shoved me out the door and refused to take my business. Beyond unprofessional. Update: Im also so sad to see your response. I was never asked for a deposit and I would have gladly given you a full payment if I was asked. I stated in my original email that the items were being shipped to my house and it would be 2 weeks before I even had them to drop off. When I came to drop them off there were no other customers in your store and I never demanded anything. You refused my services and asked me to leave before I could even ask how we could replace the order. I would have gladly replaced the order and paid in full but I was never given the opportunity due to me being pushed out the door by your owner Brandon Haberlein.
