My expierence at the postal connection was horrible. I was helped by a young man that was NOT at all customer service oriented. When I asked about postage regarding my daughters first birthday invitations 30 of them he answered very rude. I explained to the guy I am not familiar with the mail out process and just wanted to ensure the importance of these. Weeks have went by and not one of our daughters invitations have reached our guests for this event. I contacted the manager and after I asked he said he would refund my postage if I brought in my receipt in. Keep it!

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. The girl who works there is very very sarcastic and I had to raise my voice twice not to talk to my husband in a disrespectful tone and she said she is not trying to talk that way but surely her personality is awful. She needs to be fired.
