I absolutely dislike when businesses close temporarily and do not update their business page! I made the trek over here, as a loyal customer, only to find that the business is closed for a construction. This is so irresponsible of them not to update their Google page! How many ppl are coming here due to their listing on what is the most used local maps and business search platform? Im terribly annoyed by this lol

Incredibly poor communication, I called ahead of time to check for a grooming time but when I went in person they were closed. This wasnt reflected anywhere including their page or this site.

I just welcomed my new puppy and had been given what I thought to be solid advice about his care from the breeder...thankfully, I just so happen to live close to Petropolis! I wandered in, figuring I should check out the local pet store and to get a leash and collar, and was immediately engaged by the staff. They were DEF dog people and immediately and genuinely interested in knowing my situation. This effort led to several suggestions for food and grooming that I didn't know about. Enter Tazz, the delightful, straight-talking owner, who proceeded to crash-course me through all of my misconceptions with pet care! One of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I've encountered about all of it: food, training, services (like local vets and walkers), grooming, treats, toys, what to expect, etc.. I walked out a good 45 minutes later, feeling far more in control of responsible ownership of my new little boy. I can't say enough good things about Tazz and her staff and know just where I'll be shopping for all-things-doggie, henceforth!

Said they werent open at 12 am made my way there and it was closed. In a emergency, where I needed a trusted and reliable pet store. Terrible !!
