LIARS!!!! No over charge on msrp is an absolute crock, they DO have a market adjustment of 2,000k and they hide it in FORCING you to buy the resistall package !! Which is just a scotch brite in the interior and exterior. Were honestly not even positive it was done. You cant tell. The sad part is they dont give you an option to decline the resistall package. You could opt out of warranty but you cant opt of the resistall package and the finance person told us you can call it the market adjustment and not get anything for it OR you get this non-negotiable resistall package. Either way you pay an up charge of 2-4K more than msrp and what the vehicle was listed. They will also manipulate the interest rates on whether or not you get the extended warranty. Better rate for getting a warranty? Weird. I dont think the banks really care, especially if you have good credit. Dont walk RUN away . Shame on them , #Kia hope you are aware of this scam ! They claim to not be like all the other shady dealers out their when in actuality they FORCE you to buy a package you dont need.

I hate this place so much. Always rushing you, I was hung up on by Jeff for no reason at all. Very disrespectful and not only that, its also unprofessional. Another man told me he didnt have time to answer a 5 second question when I called because he had people at his desk. Its like why did you pick up the phone if you didnt have time to speak? Please take your business elsewhere! Their Yelp reviews are absolutely horrible! Do not trust this place at all. Lawrence Kia and Olathe Kia are good options!!!

Service was quickly and accurately. Everyone was nice and east to work with. The low score is because they do not have a car wash. Best part of paying a dealerships cost for service is a nice clean car.
