Never have I had such bad service bought a cooker 4th October 2021 and it hasn't worked properly at all I received it about a week late and scratch it takes at least 1 hour 40 minutes to cook anything like a few chips.iv had to deal with a third party company that came out and fixed a loose wire the cooker shop are refusing to replace or refund just be careful because she'll be all nice on the phone whilst getting your money.i will be going to ombudsman with my evidence and still can't Cook my disabled children a decent meal personally don't know how they sleep at night absolutely disgusting

Excellent service. They don't pressure you in any way but are there to give advice when asked. I bought an electric cooker from them last week and they fitted it and removed my old appliance for 25. Delivery was free. I compared Curry's and AO and they were dearer for everything. Curry's charged75 for fitting, plus 15 to remove old appliance. CCC are a well established family business, and I will go to them for further large appliances.

Excellent Service, We had a property which required white goods urgently. My partner contacted the store and explained our situation, Addie reassured us both and within 30 minutes we were sorted. I honestly couldnt recommend them enough, They say moving is the most stressful time of your life and I feel like CCC has lifted a massive weight off my shoulders. Thank you again!
