The facilities are nice. The gym is great. However, the property management group has been unresponsive. Asking them for renewal information or calling has been followed by no response which is odd given that their job is to rent out the building. I dont typically leave reviews like this, but I feel that its necessary. I run multiple businesses and you definitely need to respond to your clients or tenants. I choose to live here for the convenience of being in Lenexa. On a side not, I also think that the online payment system costs too much per month. Additional 40-60$ to make a payment added to your rent.

The doors to the office are always locked. I have shown up, in person, 7 different times over the past 2 weeks (during business hours) and can never get into the office. You can see the staff standing there but they just ignore you and wont let you in. I have tried to call numerous times on different days but they never answer. In short, I cant say how the apartments as I cant even get to them so see them. If the staff is this bad before I give them money, I cant imagine how bad they are after I get locked into a lease.

Love living here at the Domain is very quite! The neighborhood is friendly and the amenitys are second to none. The area that is in is very easily navigated and is getting a lot of new and exciting things to do in it, since I moved in the library hands gone in, the district flats across the road have started new businesses in, and the city market, which are within walking distant, is always getting new and cute boutiques. There is a grocery store, fast food and coffee shops within a mile and access to 435 in a matter of seconds. It is also a pet friendly home with a wonderful pet nanny on site! If you dont have pets or dont want to hear other peoples pets you dont have to. Since living here I only ever hear dogs on a very slim occasion. There is also a house keeping service that does the halls lobby and elevators. They do a magnificent job in keeping the shared areas sparkling. Maintenance is very nice and do a wonderful job keeping the this home safe and the courtyard top notch! They definitely deserve the 5 stars!

If you can afford to live here.....please for the love of god look around more. Just finished at 15 month lease that was one of the worst experience of my life. Everything about this place is overpriced and under delivered. There is, and will continue to be, never ending construction around this area. Lost 2 tires to the construction over the past year and lost nearly all outdoor furniture due to extreme dust/concrete built up related to said construction. Everything about their lease agreement is written to ensure you pay for a complete remodel of the apartment when you leave. Anyone with elderly or disabled individuals should keep a close eye on anything being signed or billed as they continually overcharge beyond what you agree to at signing. For those with pets, they charge you for full carpet replacement when you leave and show proof by tearing out the old carpet and showing any water mark as the reason....after they have torn out the whole room to "check". This place does not care about anyone beyond that you pay your check and be perfectly fine losing all parking, most all amenities for months on end because of the amount of construction going on all hours of the day 6 days a week. Parking is a horrible joke. Walking area is constantly destroyed or barricaded. This place is one of the biggest regrets of my life to date because of how disingenuous they were about the amount of construction and after looking around at other apartments in the area or around KC. Please don't fall for the "image" this place attempts to look real.
