I bought glasses from this company but when I needed to exchange them ( I had to buy online and couldnt confirm fit), their customer service department rejected the return so now Im stuck with a very very expensive pair of glasses that dont fit. I would highly recommend that you look at other reputable eyewear companies like Oakley or Smiths. You will get better pricing and better customer service from Smiths or Oakley. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Maybe it was the fact that I had not received meaningful customer service for such a long time? It doesn't matter. Because along came Jake Eustis! He responded to my issue immediately, gave me some great options and made me a happy camper!
