The worst Online Customer service. Ordered a 2XL jersey (website said it was in stock) after I check out it says X-small. I immediately email the company within 1 minute advising of the problem ( this is at 9am HI time) I don't get a response back til the next day after the order has shipped. I try to call the store, they say online customer service is email only. I get back a generic response saying " No Refunds, but we will exchange it" . I ask for a return address to send it. No response. The X-small shows up with a invoice in it and a return address. I pay for shipping and send it out the same day. In-between the order being placed and the time I shipped it back, I emailed them for updates. Only the same generic response. The item gets delivered back to them 5 days later, I send another email asking if the received it and when I can expect the correct size. 24 hours later I get an email saying. Sorry since the item was discounted , No Refunds, No Exchange or Store Credit. ( Would have been nice to get that email 1st and not have to pay shipping). Called the store again and talked to a manager , she said you probably hit 2xl when ordering and if it was out of stock the website would have switched it to another size in stock. I have ordered several things from this company during the pandemic. NEVER AGAIN!
Local kine clothing. Flew from Arizona and had to stop by to grab some new joints. Always get nice clothes. Locals understand the need to represent Hawaiian style.
Love the clothes & bags here. Good quality, nice designs. Only complaint is their shipping rates!! Ridiculous over priced $14 or more!! They should offer a store pick up
