Very disappointed and the person that made the mistake could care less . (I think he runs the printing end of it) No interest in fixing the problem (printed the wrong color). Had to beg for a proof and then still printed it wrong. Printing job was mediocre at best wanted to charge me $300 extra on a job quoted and paid for in full weeks before. Not well organized. Printed White on white shirts. NOT AS ORDERED! Took 2 weeks to get the shirts.

I'm not sure what happened. If this is a fluke. I paid 35 dollars in shipping for an order that was around the same amount thinking that my order would get here in time. I needed the shirt for a kids Birthday gift. Only to be disappointed that they will not be getting it for their birthday. My daughter orders two pairs of shoes two days after I place my order. They were being shipped from the UK, and they have arrived two days before my order is claiming it will get here. Just saying. I certainly hope the quality of the shirts is the best. I will not be ordering again. Update: 04/25/2020. Order is still not here.

Shirts are exactly what I expected. A shirt was missing from my order. I emailed customer support, received a response within a day and the missing item was sent and received in less than a week, no questions asked.
