UPDATE AS OF 11/20/2021 Corey, The General Manager left a comment to my Yelp review but NEVER responded despite my follow up message I sent via Yelp. Bad business practice and the worst merchant I have ever encountered, where 99% of the stores have a great exchange and refund policy. Who would have thought that a simple exchange or refund could linger for 2 months and still not resolved! STAY AWAY and go elsewhere if you are looking for new sneakers, there are plenty of merchants you can buy from online if you don't care about customer service! ........................................................................................................................... Not a place you should ever consider shopping at. Their staffs were nice, but not helpful at all, here's why: I purchased a pair of Travis Scott, only had the opportunity to try on one side. When it was time to pay, I was not informed nor advised that all sales are final. And guess what, it wasn't a good fit when I put on the other side! As you know by now, I was not able to return and I am now stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit me...

Ridiculous price gouging. For example air max 90 bacons are 180 shipped from any online seller and at most I'm seeing in store for 200 to 215... they are asking for 275....100 above any other resell company
