My father loved his bank, but when he passed somehow they took his beneficiary off his account and started taking $3 out of his account monthly when he had a senior citizen account which he wasn't supposed to have any money taken out for any fees, and further more they won't allow me his daughter to access his account to finish paying off his bills to close his estate. Even after his estate was taken care of they won't allow me to close his account to finalize his estate. So word to the wise if you have an account here keep your initial paperwork because they will not keep up with the beneficiary you choose your account to go to after you pass, instead they will slowly but surely take the rest of your money with monthly fees until it's empty
