I've been wearing ML cosmetics for 30+ years and have always loved it. I desperately WANT to like this store but it bothers me that they seem to store my credit card information in the computer. The cashier entered all the information from my card (including the number on the back) and then swiped it. I didn't think much of it at the time but I called my credit card company to ask if this was normal and the answer is absolutely not...unless there's a problem with the card. I explained that they entered all the card information before even trying to swipe it so it definitely wasn't a card problem. Sorry, ML but I'll shop elsewhere.

Great products &selection sales girls couldn't find her lesson material too try a foundation shade .&had to look everything up . Not very knowledgeable of Merle Norman products. So I had to guess what shade would look best. I drove an hour to Olympia &an hour back not sure if what purchased was the right color ..

I have been wearing Merle Norman since I was 21- No one believes me when I tell them my age. (59) The products are worth the cost, and the staff is SO WORTH THE DRIVE. There's nothing they can't help you with. I love the hands on showing me HOW to apply and what's best on me personally....EVERY face is different, And with Merle Norman, EVERY FACE CAN BE BEAUTIFUL...

I had a very nice facial appointment with Madelin at the Lacey location recently. She took the time to discuss my skin type, taking into consideration my personal preferences and facial cleansing routines. She tested and color matched the makeup I was interested in, and I am thrilled with my new look and new makeup. Next month I plan to get the skin care she suggested for me. I highly recommend the Lacey Merle Norman. Great people. Great products. Personal care.
