Looking at this dealership was an extreme disappointment,I made an effort to visit the modern auto plantation to see the blacks a valets and anything else outside...I laughed at the thought of internal racism but then i realized it existed in this dealership in 2022,wow its pretty clear that the advancement in equal oppurtunity does not exist in this good ol boy establishment...trust me when i say this is part one of the experience I.cant wait to share....Tom Bush BMW in Jacksonville,forget about it unless you want to see black valets who are quite pleasant under these bigot circumstances...Atlanta BMW check it out

Chuck Hollis was the best! I had been searching for a new BMW X6 for months and even went to my own local dealership and they werent helpful. I called Chuck up one day after searching online and he was very helpful and gave me the info that I needed. I finally decided a few months later to give Chuck a call back and get the ball rolling. I wanted to build the suv because finding a used one was so hard. Chuck laid out the entire process and was so helpful yet again. We started the process in Dec and I took delivery in Jan. The process was seamless and I had a great sales representative to help make it smooth. I live in Tn but purchased my truck in Jacksonville, FL. This was all because of the GREAT customer service that I received from Chuck Hollis. That was very important to me even though I had a dealership 20 mins from my home. Its all about customer service. Thanks again Chuck!

well service was a complete mess, they didn't wash or vac the car, i can understand that. What i can't understand is why the inside of the car had grease all over the place, besides that there was white spots like paint on the hood of the car, which we tried to take off and is not coming off.
