Chynia, I am so sorry we were unable to meet your needs. I apologize for not having the coverage you hoped for. We try our best to label our sitters in San Marcos as such to allow for easier booking. Thank you for trusting us to rebook on your behalf as we were able to cover all of your sit requests, except one that on was shorter notice. As for last night, you did note for us to rebook on your behalf, which we had every intention of do, we simply did not have enough time to do so. The sitter declined the sit at 7:15pm. I text a dozen sitters around 8:45pm when my kids went to bed and had planned to have you rebooked by noon today. I apologize for not reaching out last night to notify you that we were getting you rebooked. Again, I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. We will take this as an opportunity to learn and do better for our members. Thank you. Beth

This service is ok. I live in San Marcos and when I looked up the service it says they service my area yet the sitters for me to chose from on the site are never in my area so my bookings get cancelled repeatedly. Only my first sitter worked out smoothly when it came to booking. I tried today to book a sit for Saturday and guess what it was cancelled but not replaced. Definitely not staying with this service and wouldnt recommend if you do not live in Austin even if it says they service your area. The sitters I had were ok one was good the other... 30 mins late and on a different night laid in my bed.

We used Babysitting Connection to find a babysitter for my two great-nieces (3 and 6) and one great-nephew (5), so the parents could attend my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. First, my nieces are both EXTREMELY cautious when it comes to their children, so I let them choose the sitter. They were perfectly comfortable with Andrea, and from what I heard, the kids really didn't want her to leave at the end of the night.

So happy to have found Babysitting Connection! We have previously used an app or word of mouth to find sitters, but this is a special service. All of the sitters have been pre-screened and background checked. The sitters are qualified and enthusiastic (one even cleaned up my kitchen!) and they are great with my kids. We threw one sitter into a difficult situation with my son, but she handled it with professionalism and patience. Highly recommend!

Another great experience with Babysitting Connection. This was our second sit and had Ashley. She arrived a little early, jumped right in with Cooper, and asked all the right questions. I felt super comfortable leaving and my son was relaxed and ready to play with Miss Ashley. She sent me photo updates of them making forts and having a good time. Our new puppy and kiddo were happily asleep when we got home. Super easy and its so nice to have a sitter service with such amazing people, I can trust! Thanks yall!

Wow! Where to even begin! Beth, the Owner, is WONDERFUL! She is amazing. I was so nervous to go back to work being a first time mama. The ONLY reason I went back was because of Beth, Babysitting Connection, and the nanny we matched with. If you need a nanny because you work, need a date night or need to run errands...please call Beth. I am so so so so happy I did. You will not regret it. I 1000% trust Beth and her quality sitters.
