This company is the most dishonest company I have ever worked with. I called them about a sprinkler alarm issue I had at my place of business and they came out and said I should put a pillow over it to stop the alarm from going off since I was not "a customer" whatever that meant. So I contacted another company and they met with the sprinkler company and resolved the issue. This company still showed up looking for payment and I told them I wasn't paying for them to tell me the alarm was beeping, they proceeded to call the fire department on me to say we were trying to avoid fixing the problem and had the fire marshal perform a surprise inspection that turned up no violations. I then received a call from I think Larry demanding money and threatening to send the bill to collections. Well they did send it to collections and reported us to a credit agency, this is not how you treat another business in your town, we could have come to a mutual agreed amount, not $300 for avoiding the job, I felt they only do trouble shooting, then again now that I think of it why charge me at if I am not "a customer" avoid this company at all costs.
