Local Social Pro charged my account without my permission. They inflated their fee and were unwilling to make any accommodation to a longtime customer. Buyer beware.
I can't speak to their service, but cancelling is a nightmare. My boss called in and asked to cancel services and was told we had to send an email. I sent the email which got an autoresponse asking me to schedule a cancellations call, which I did. In the time between scheduling and actually having the call, I received repeated emails and phone calls asking me to schedule the call--which was already scheduled. During the call, I told the rep many times that we were not willing to pay for this account for this agent any more and I was not interested in a Facebook coaching. If they wanted to contact the agent herself and see if she was interested in their sales pitch that would be fine. I had to schedule another final cancel call, and I was told that they would keep the account open for 30 days for free while they contacted her. To this point I was irritated at all the wasted time, but whatever. I heard back from the agent that she was not interested and wished they would stop calling her. I sent an email letting them know that the agent wasn't interested, and now I have to pay for the "Free" month because I cancelled without doing the free training.
