I went to the store on Friday 09/29/17 and ordered some hats. I left my keys on the counter, the staff had me go in the back to look at my hats and when I came back my car keys where stolen. There was only 1 customer that had came in, I asked the staff to call him to see if he took my keys by mistake and they called a couple of time with no answer and never called again. I called the owner this morning and him nor his staff really cares that my keys where stolen from their store. I asked if they had cameras and they said no. The owner told me to call the police and make a report. My keys didn't walk out of the store so at this point I am sure that one of the staff took my keys!! I will never go back to this place again!!!

Took a shirt to get embroidered and it was perfect. There team is spot on and very knowledgeable.

I would rate them a 3 out of 5. My order was promised to be ready on may 16th but it wasn't finished until the 23rd. If you can't have it ready on an exact date then you shouldn't promise it to be. Also my embroidery was done on the wrong side of the fleece fabric. The side that the pattern is less visible.
