I give this company 1 star because it would not let me give 0. I have been waiting for sidelights that were ordered in March. We have been told a number of stories as why we have not received them. We were told we would have them by 4/5 then it was 4/19, then 5/17, then 5/24, then it was July, so on and so forth. First of all I don't appreciate being lied to for all the reasons why they were delayed and then to keep promising us dates instead of being honest with us and saying they didn't know. Now we are being told they are sitting on a barge somewhere and they may be shipped out to Western the end of October. I would never recommend this company!

Quality of doors are horrible... The hinges are either mortised too far or not enough and sometimes there are a quarter inch bigger than what the hinges are.... The stops are different widths...the finish they used to put on the doors is poor I would never use Western products. The people who put these together don't care

Very poor quality,this place is being run by unqualified managers.also very unsafe working conditions.only place I've worked where they hold 500lb or heavier skids up in the rack being hold only by a couple of 2x4s.bent racks every where as well.oh and if you are of color make sure your clean because they will test you for any incident.a Caucasian guy had several incidents and guess what he's still employed and didn't have to get tested.
