I contracted with Tell Your Tale to revamp my company's website. As a fellow small business owner, I truly appreciated the hands-on approach. The TYT team was not only able to relate to my concerns but mitigate them as well. The designer was able to effectively translate my concept with very few revisions. For ongoing updates, they provided step-by-step instructions so that I could make edits to the site as necessary. I have zero coding experience and have been able to make changes as a result of the provided "cheatsheet." The website was delivered on-time and on-budget. I have encountered a few items I was unable to edit on my own and was impressed with how quickly TYT was able to address and solve my issue. They listen and deliver spot-on results.
