Absolutely appalling service wish I could give 0 stars. I was very prepared knowing they would be busy over the summer and ordered my sons uniform for reception in mid July. I had to chase the order after a few weeks as they say theyll send you a email notifying you of its arrival to store which never came (apparently Im lying though). I checked my order in store and items missing. No apology from the woman serving in fact she again called me a liar saying I never ordered the items. When I assured her I did she went into the back to check my original order form and in fact could see it was their mistake. She ordered the items that were missing again and told me they would be ready to collect the end of the following week. I called to see if they arrived and no they hadnt. I was told they would definitely, definitely be in the following week. I went into store to collect and again nothing. Again no apology no regard for the customer (I wasnt the only one with having problems the queue was to the door) all she kept repeating was it will be in this afternoon youll get an email over and over with no sincerity. The most unprofessional service Ive ever received from any company and if it doesnt come this afternoon my son will be starting reception without his required uniform despite ordering 6 weeks ago not impressed one bit. UPDATE: yey I finally got my order. On collection however I overheard staff when asked why they were getting bad reviews blame their customers stating They have ordered their uniform at the last minute and blaming us thats its not done in time. I ordered mine in July and find that excuse inexcusable and unprofessional. Mistakes happen and thats just life but this company could greatly improve if they had even the slightest interest in customer relation. Ive basically been called a liar and proven not to be, never had any response to any emails, had trouble getting hold of them via telephone, been spoken to with an attitude and never once received an apology. All I wanted was to place one order in one place and collect, the rest was an unnecessary hassle because of the company's error that neednt of happened with a bit of good customer service.

Overall quality of the product was okay, but communication certainly needs to be worked on, will not be using again in future though.
