I needed repair on a pool heater. The store said they would have their repair man call. After waiting two days I called his phone and left a VM. After two days, no response. Poor customer service.

Hello Adam, I am sorry for the headaches with multiple service companies, but I believe you have the wrong company. We don't have any Adam B in our service record nor did we do a job this year that included a filter install, spa leak and light problem. We also would have taken care of the light problem and wouldn't have referred you to another company. I am sorry for your problems and would like to help any way I can. Went thru this store to have a new filter installed. It was put in backwards. Inquired on an above ground spa leak. They gave me a contact. Tech had to come back 3 times, and spa is till leaking. That guy also replaced my blown pool light, and of course that doesn't work either.

Been coming to AquaPool for 20 years. You can go to a chain pool store, but you wont get the quality of advice you get here.. Recommended to many friends. Bryan recently did a >very< tricky repair for me (pipe leak almost under my slab) came back umpteen times until he was 100% sure it would be ok to turn back on. Always patiently helps troubleshoot problems with pool equipment. I buy my chemicals from them too. Always an A1 experience
